Velcro machine
This equipment is mainly used to heat and plasticize plastic PP or modified PA, PVC through screws, and extrude them into hook type adhesive tapes. This type of product replaces most of the textile adhesive tapes in the original market, and is applicable in clothing, luggage, medical, textile, furniture and other fields.
Parameters:
① Effective width of finished products: 320mm/350mm (two models)
② The production of PP special type has a power output of about 75KW, a heating output of about 50KW, a cooling output of about 15KW, and an average power consumption of about 75KW to 95KW (Cannot do PA)
③ The production of PA special type has a power output of about 95KW, a heating output of about 55KW, a cooling output of about 35KW, a material temperature removal output of about 48KW, and an average usage power of 80KW to 115KW. (Can be made of both PA and PP materials)
④ There are currently 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 hook types for adhesive tape in the market, among which the commonly used hook types in the market are 2, 3, and 4.
