Traditional repair methods for wear and tear of optical glue extruders
The optical glue extruder needs to evenly adhere glue or ink substances to the surface of aluminum foil, plastic film, or fabric textiles, which requires a relatively high coating process. It not only requires an average coating height but also the ability to complete high-speed non-stop roll changing to improve consumption efficiency. The tension control at all levels is completed by a frequency converter, and tension sensors are used to achieve tension control. The system is simple and stable, and PLC or synchronous controller is used to control the speed of the drive roller frequency converter, while also serving as the linear speed signal for other frequency converters.
The dual station rewinding has a pre drive function, which can meet the needs of high-speed non-stop automatic rewinding and improve consumption efficiency. At the same time, the rewinding control can prevent poor rewinding in the form of a vegetable heart, making the rewinding effect better.
Before coating, install the clean and stretched screen from the front of the coating machine. Some models can also install the screen from the side. In models designed for large format frames, side mounting is more common. Due to the large and bulky frame, side mounting can reduce the lifting and moving amount.
When the automatic screen coating machine is operated in conjunction with other automatic screen handling equipment, it is more convenient to install the screen from the side. Regardless of how the screen is installed, once the screen is in the correct position, the pneumatic clamping installation or mechanical clamping installation will close and lock the screen.
For easier operation, many models have foot pedals to control the clamping action. Operators can free up their hands to control the screen. After installing the screen, they can pour the corresponding photosensitive emulsion into the automatic coating machine to start coating. Depending on the functions of the control system and equipment, the equipment can simultaneously stop coating both sides of the screen.
There are two ways of coating: one is to apply photosensitive emulsion on the screen through repeated wet pressing operations; Or it can be a mechanical process of quantitatively applying liquid (or molten) polymer materials such as adhesives or coatings on the surface of the material after each coating, or adding a dry process.
