UV curing coating machine is mainly used for surface coating process production of films, paper, etc. This machine applies a layer of specific functional adhesive, coating or ink to the rolled substrate, and then dries it before winding.


It adopts a dedicated multifunctional coating head, which can achieve various forms of surface coating production. The winding and unwinding of the UV curing coating machine are equipped with a full speed automatic film bonding mechanism, and PLC program tension closed-loop automatic control.


Mother roll conveying system: adopts a single station lifting unwinding method, equipped with 2 3-inch convex key inflation shafts, 5kg magnetic powder brake to control unwinding tension, and the overall frame adopts EPC hydraulic automatic correction and pneumatic film connecting mechanism to ensure stable machine operation and improve production efficiency during unwinding process.


Coating system: Adopting a mesh coating method (combining positive pressure and reverse adhesive coating), equipped with 4 mesh rollers, adhesive flat control system, double-sided, aluminum alloy pressure plate, and transition roller devices. The movement mode includes rubber rollers, demolding, and uniform gluing, which are controlled by cylinders for up and down movement and equipped with limit protection. The air pressure can be adjusted and controlled by solenoid valves.


Heating and drying system: using various heating methods such as electricity, hot air, steam, and thermal oil. Both the inner and outer walls, as well as the wind turbine, are made of cold-rolled sheet metal; The nozzle is made of cold-rolled sheet and coated with white zinc. Internally filled with 80mm ultra-fine glass wool grooves, the temperature can be maintained at 105-115 degrees Celsius to ensure that the coating meets the process requirements.


Cooling system: The surface is coated with hard chrome cooling rollers to cool and shape the tape, and is equipped with power rollers with surface embossed PTFE anti sticking layer, curved stretching rollers made of nitrile rubber material, transition rollers made of aluminum alloy material, and EPC hydraulic hole correction devices, providing a guarantee for neat and beautiful winding.
